„This is a great house - 2 blocks from the main area of Kennett where the shops, cafes, and restaurants are located. Lovely private backyard- wake up to flowers and birds in the mornings. I highly recommend it.“

„The property is very clean, recently updated and had more than enough room for the four of us staying. There was even an extra bedroom with 2 twin beds we didn't need. The neighborhood was super quiet and perfect to come back to after long days of adventure in the area.“

„Overall, the house was perfect for our large family and friends. Lisa was extremely hospitable and available for the entire weekend. She even bought a pack n play for our grandson! I recommend this property.“

„Spotless and so cozy. It was like coming home. Our host was communicative and kind. We’d love to come back.“

„We loved our stay! Such a warm, welcoming retreat in a beautiful setting with lots of special touches included. They thought of everything! Hope we are able return some day.“

„Lovely house in West Chester, we used it for a long weekend with family doing touristy things in Philadelphia, it was nice to be able to get out of the city in the evenings.“

„Host was really easy to communicate with and very accommodating. Also, check out was easy and reasonable.“

„Amazing host instantly response, property as described with great taste, the only thing I would say is to mention it’s two or three Ish properties down from the state police and that Waze sometimes doesn’t ping it correctly. Besides that I highly recommend this property and working with the host as well. I took off a start for price & regret it because it was more then fair given the market & I should frankly raise my rates when I sublet- just getting used to the inflated market! A this host ...

„The stay was great. Perfect location for our needs. Would definitely stay again“

„This is a delightful old farmhouse with two large modern bathrooms upstairs and half bath down. The house is full of nooks and crannies and 4 bedrooms. The staircase is steep and narrow but fine for our 70 year old party of 4. The back patio is lovely with a shade awning and plenty of seating for a larger party. Front porch also a good place to relax. The kitchen is large and fully stocked. Beds were all very comfortable (I’m picky) and the AC worked well.(I dislike being warm.) Allison ...
