„Wir hatten ein Zimmer gebucht bei dem angegeben war, dass wir einen möbilierten Balkon haben. Wir haben aber ein Zimmer ohne Balkon bekommen. Auf meine Nachricht hat die Unterkunft nicht geantwortet. Eine Rezeption gibt es auch nicht. Das Problem konnte also nicht gelöst werden und wir mussten damit leben. Was Sauberkeit angeht, muss die Unterkunft noch einiges verbessern. In der Dusche waren Haare und das Waschbecken war auch nicht sauber. Auf dem Boden lag noch Müll von den vorherigen Gästen. ...
