„Sehr nettes und tierliebes Personal. Vor dem Hotel haben drei scheue Straßenhunde Zuflucht gefunden und werden dort auch geduldet. Die Chefin des Hotels hatte tolle Tips für Touren in die Umgebung und uns bei der Organisation geholfen. Einige der Zimmer in den Obergeschossen haben einen eigenen Zugang, der sich prima als Balkon nutzen lässt. “

„After I'd checked out of my room and was waiting at the bus station for my bus, an employee came to me to give me the extra cell phone I'd left in my room. I didn't know I'd left it. That was going the extra mile. I didn't get the young woman's name who made the trip to return it to me but she certainly deserves credit from her boss. The only downer about the room was no air conditioning but I should have paid more attention to the room's amenities when booking. “
