The host response was delayed; sometimes up to 3 days. The water took some time to warm up and sometimes the water shut off completely. The water flow in the kitchen was terrible making it difficult to wash anything. Th amount of cooking utensils was limited. There was only one working knife. There was not enough flatware, dishes, ...
