„Very well located, close to the duomo, shopping and metro. It seems a bit doggy once businesses close, with homeless sleeping but I never felt unsafe. The hallway may me pause but once I got into my room it was lovely, well maintained. It is small. The staff were very helpful with instructions to get you in as the front desk is unmanned.
