„I had booked a room in the Lodge but when I checked in I was “upgraded”. Instead of the room in the lodge I was given a two bedroom condo (trailhead 1 condo 307). The condo was dark, depressing, run down, had burned out light bulbs, dirty bathroom rugs and 3 non working tv sets. The “upgrade” was a joke. Do better Cascadia. Will not book another stay with them. “

„Most of our stay no staff was available. So many things did not work in our room. The microwave has a horrible squeal, fireplace had gas turned off and did not work. Our shower would only pull half water out the shower and the other half in the tub. I let them know that on day 1 and nothing was done. I have video and photos. Also, no hot tub. This was a Christmas gift to each other. Our stay was under welming. “
