„We really enjoyed our stay at Wildwood Guest House in Mudgee. The setting was peaceful and the slow combustion fire was absolutely fantastic — perfect for a cosy evening. Unfortunately, there was no TV, which was a bit disappointing, especially as the listing mentioned Wi-Fi, but it wasn’t available. If you don’t have it, you really shouldn’t say you do. That said, the host Rob was fantastic — welcoming, helpful, and a real highlight of the stay.“

Suited for a couple (not family) Came from Adelaide for friends wedding at 'Seclusions Blue Mountain' (10min away) so chose here for convenience. FOOD: For foodies, it's a dry. closest town Lithgow (20min away) had one hip cafe 'The Lithgow Tin Shed' (but no dinner). 'Curry in a Hurry' inside shopping mall was surprisingly good (handmade Naan on the spot). SITES: 'Flat rock picnic area's (30min away) is a must. 'Mayfield ...

„The property was well located for our needs, quiet rural setting with nice surroundings, spacious and comfortable with a great queen bed, roomy shower with ample water volume, and though there is no air-conditioning, it must be well insulated as it was cool with an excellent ceiling fan, even though it was a hot weekend.“
