„This home accommodated 12 adults comfortably; there was plenty of space! Our group enjoyed the huge back yard with access to the water. We purchased firewood at a local store and sat around the fire pit enjoying s’mores. It is conveniently located near restaurants, stores, golf courses and so much more. „Very satisfied with this rental... house was fully stocked with all basic necessities !!! Alots of activities for kids and teenagers.. boat launch a hundred yards down the road with very reasonable prices and they even stored my 24 foot boat trailer for my stay... Nice dock to keep your boat at right off the back deck ...Neighbors (local residents) are very nice and quiet !!! Extremely happy with our stay there ... definitely want to rent this place again !!! Thanks again !!!! “

„Each summer our family looks forward to one or two gatherings at different locations with in the region.This years selection on the Seneca River focused on location to water with all the property amenities offered. While the weather did not co operate the accommodations exceeded expectations.My grandson loves to fish and he caught a lot of big fish and he wants to go back.“

„What an excellent place to stay for the 3 of us. We were able to clean and grill our catch right outside all in one spot which made it super easy and fun. Having the dock to be able to tie the boat up and fish from was great! Everything we needed was there and easily accessible. Any questions we had were answered right away by our hosts. Our host even went out of their way to give us some bait and show us where to fish. It was an overall excellent stay for a fishing camp with the guys! Can’t ...

„Property was great and well stocked with everything you could need. Wish we had more time to enjoy the house, view and lake, but we rented for graduation weekend and were busy with other festivities so weren’t able to enjoy that great view as much as we would have liked too! “
