„Very nice. Well equipped. Family trip ranged from 1 to adults. Everyone enjoyed themselves and had a great time. Kitchen had everything things you need. House included toiletries and almost all the items that was needed. All you have to pack is clothes. Thank you for allowing my family and I to stay at your home! Will come again.“

„This home was more than expected. It’s so spacious and comfortable. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen cabinets were all labeled so the was no guess work looking for anything needed. We had two pickup trucks and two motorcycle trailers and there was plenty of room for parking in the driveway. If ever in the area again this will be the first place I will look to rent. Communicating with the owners was very easy and quick to respond. Thank you Melissa and Danny. “

„My other half and I decided on a last minute getaway for some much need relaxation. We picked the right spot! No TV, no distractions, just Mother Nature. Our pups loved the creeks and large property to run and play. The host responded quickly to messages and made the experience easy to check in and check out. “

„The house was incredibly clean and in a great location. We were in town for a State track meet at JMU and it was very close to JMU. The game room in the basement was loved by my teenagers and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to make meals. I would definitely recommend this home.“

„With spring rainy season, the steep driveway was a challenge upon arrival. The house was as expected and provided a great atmosphere for our family gathering. Very pleased with the well stocked kitchen. The downstairs shower had little water pressure so we had to use the upstairs shower. Would come again.“

„The property was clean and spacious - it is actually 2 different levels that look like they can be rented separately. Lots of wildlife in view and was an easy walk to some of the activities and easy in and out of Massanutten for JMU graduation. Only negative was the cost - price was hiked up because of JMY graduation--was twice the cos of a normal stay - but it is what it is. It was perrfect for a 2 night stay.“

„This place is beautiful if you enjoy nature and animals. There are horses all over the place and the home is very cute and clean. I would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a night off the grid with all the comforts of home“

„The house was definitely one of a kind! We had 18 people and we all had plenty of room. The downstairs was the best place for everyone to hang out! Pool tables, arcade games, hot tub, sauna, and porch swings all added to the relaxation for the family! Definitely coming back! “
