There were snacks provided upon arrival, expectations and requests were clearly communicated, and any and all questions were answered throughout our stay. The house was amazing. „This is a nice brand-new casino hotel Southland Chicago. Do you like casino? This is a great trade-off. You are in business and like doing some sport, they do have fitness and pool. However, there is potential, the phone is missing in the area to report an issue after sport you don’t find a shower in the pool area, need to go to your room to wash off your sweat.
