„Wonderful condo...clean, well stocked, modern, comfortable beds. Great location, very walkable to everything in Estes Park. We were greeted upon arrival by 3 elk in the front yard, one a large sized bull. The Riverwalk behind the condo makes a lovely stroll. There is a playground along this walk, minutes away if you have young ones. Overall great place to stay.“

„The condo was very clean, modern, and spacious. The bed was really comfortable. Downtown and Coors Field were short drives away. The neighborhood is really clean and quiet. I would definitely stay here again.“

„I can quickly give the location a 5 Star. We were able to walk and ride the free shuttle around town. We even walked to the Tram and hiked - a must do. RMNP was minutes from the condo. Don't miss out on the Peak to Peak drive which takes you past Lilly Lake (within the RMNP). The Condo its self was comfortable (love that lazy boy chair). The bed was so comfortable. Parking in front of condo was a challenge, but had a pass for the lot right across the street. The washer was out of order, ...

„The condo is very pretty, clean and comfortable. It is large enough for the 5 adults and 1 child that we had on this trip. Everything guests need is provided. We love sitting on the balcony watching the river, the humming birds and people watching. We can walk almost everywhere or take the shuttle because of the great downtown location. We enjoy ordering breakfast from Kind Coffee downstairs and bringing it up. Hard to believe we could have found a better place. I think this was our third visit ...

„This is by far one of the nicest units we have ever stayed in. The location right by the river was so relaxing and we loved the soothing sounds night and day! The unit felt very spacious, clean, 10 minute walk to WP and we thoroughly enjoyed the wrap around deck. The rental company was very quick to respond and communication was seamless. "Lage ist super, Preis-Leistung für die Lage angemessen. Das Zimmer hat mir gut gefallen, weil es keinen Teppich hatte. "

"Das Personal (außer an der Rezeption) sprach nur spanisch. Das Frühstück(buffet) war die liebloseste und unlogischste Anordnung, die ich je gesehen hab. Auswahl- sehr begrenzt. Der Bereich für Frühstück liegt am hinteren Ende eines Raumes, der aus unerfindlichen Gründen weder Teppich noch sonstigen Bodenbelag aufwies. Unmittelbar neben dem Bereich wurden Abfallbehälter lautstark vorbei geschoben. Der Zimmerpreis entsprach nicht der ursprünglichen Reservierungsbestätigung- natürlich höher. Die Dame an der Rezeption machte stetig einen sehr gehetzten Eindruck- obwohl keine weiteren Gäste an der Rezeption warteten. "
