„Solid place. Excellent job running a few ACs that kept the place in the lower 70s during the day and down into the mid 60s if desired at night….on some upper 90s scorchers. Clean. Kitchen fully stocked with everything needed to cook. Perfect location for Horsetooth and all the good riding North/West/South of town. „Cute, remodeled, everything needed if you forgot, own hot rub in a decorated shed. Extra snacks, laundry. Location perfectly located to all of the scenic spots and downtown manitou. Very small part of the house on the right side of the house. Easy quick communication with the host who lives in the property house attached. Very quiet. Must go to restaurant 2 blks down-Wines of Colorado and reserve brookside patio on the bottom. Menu is phenomenal. 2 adults would be max for this awesome vrbo. Cute ...

„My husband and I were very happy with our stay here. It was much bigger in person than we expected! Our goal was to relax and reconnect after a busy month of end of school activities with our kids and a high school graduation for our 2nd oldest. We were able to do just that. I was so happy it was cold enough to enjoy the fireplace! We also loved the sound from the creek right in from of the property, it was a perfect mountain setting! “

The owners were very kind and allowed my 9-year old to jump on their trampoline to burn off some extra energy from the car ride to Colorado Springs.
