„The place was nice and spacious which was nice, having it right on the beach was cool. There were a few minor things 1-the fridge was not level so the door didnt want to close very easy and when open drawers would just slide open 2-the sliding glass doors to balcony were very tough to open and close. 3-the hot tubs had not been cleaned and had a decent amount of sand in them. 4- there was miss communication about there being a guest book and parking passes in the room. „We had six adults stay here for a wedding weekend and it was absolutely perfect. Plenty of room to relax and socialize. The beds were very comfortable and the entire unit was well furnished. You can't beat the location in the heart of Saratoga. The host was a great communicator. We hope to come back here again. “

„It was clean, nicely decorated, everything was new and in working order. Would suggest adding some face/wash cloths and top sheet for bed. Also, bed was comfortable but squeaked every time you made a move. All in all nice property and enjoyed our time :)“

„The property was excellent. The place had everything we needed to have a awesome thanksgiving. Clean and very comfortable.Close to all the stores. It snowed so we didn't get to go to the lakes but we sure enjoyed every moment here and we will visit again in the spring.“

„This was our 40th year vacationing at Sylvan Beach. Our first year was at the Oneida and several years since. We have witness many remodels of the property over the year. We enjoy the location and the access to the beach. Beds are comfortable and kitchen is well stocked. Unfortunately, there is a major issue with the upstairs shower leaking into the downstairs bathroom, making the floor dangerous and flooding the light fixture and making it short out. I would recommend that more towel fixtures ...

„As we opened the door to Loons Loft, we were so thrilled with the space. We felt comfortable and relaxed right away. It is a bright and welcoming environment, very clean and well designed. Up to date appliances and smart TVs in the LR and both bedrooms. Beautiful kitchen with a lovely dining room table just steps away. „Our family was visiting Saratoga for a chess tournament in the nearby citi center. This property is centrally located, and is within minutes walk to downtown and great restaurants. It is located in a quiet street and has great amenities - fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, and very comfortable beds. We recommended this property for anytime visiting Saratoga!“

„Cute and spacious house. Right on the lake and walkable to everything you could want in Sylvan Beach. Plenty of places to eat in town and the sunsets are hard to beat. The house overall is comfortable and we never felt cramped, despite having 4 adults, a small dog and 2 teens. Lots of room to spread out, especially the porch. Only complaint was the inaccurate description of the beds. All full size, no queens. Lastly, the owner was very responsive. Would love to return.“

„We loved our stay at this cottage on the lake. There was plenty of space for my husband, son and I. We loved the indoor and outdoor space. It was super clean and my son loved the loft bed. The access to the beach was a great feature too. We loved walking to the water and playground each day. The view is unreal! Even though a lot of things in town were closed we loved Bolton Landing. It had cute shops and antiques. We also had a great dinner and enjoyed the brewery in town on the rainy day. “
