„Overall, it was great stay. However, where our room was situated on the 2nd floor, we could hear the parties going on below in the banquet rooms. Saturday night was quite loud with the band playing. Also, the pool was small and there was no hot tub.“

„Overall, it is a clean modern facility and an enjoyable place to stay when I am in Columbus. The staff is competent, professional and pleasant to deal with. The few times I've had minor issues, they moved quickly to fix the problems. It's close to the mall for shopping and several nice restaurants, and it's right beside the interstate if you need to visit some other part of the city. I always choose Polaris rather than downtown when in Columbus.“
