„Everything was great! “

„We had a lovely stay thanks to Stella and family’s hospitality and well-kept home. We were two families with kids ranging in age from 9-13 - they didn’t want to leave! Why would you want to with a beautiful pool, horses, dogs, kitties and more?? Plenty of room and then some at this sprawling villa with loads of character. „We can hardly put it into words how great this vacation was. With a group of 13 people we were there for 10 nights. The salt pool, which was cleaned every day, was an oasis of relaxation. A bar right next to the pool was ideal to mix our homemade cocktails and we could enjoy them right by the pool (big fridge!!) Entertainment is provided with a giant golf course, soccer field, a pizza oven that was actually turned on for us by the house keeper so we could make pizza. 8 km away is the beach which ...

„We enjoyed our stay in Castel Viscardo very much. The house is situated in nice surroundings with a perfect view over Umbrian hills and the city of Orvieto on its hill. The house offers plenty of amenities. The pool is definitely a highlight. The hosts took perfectly care about us and helped quickly (i. e. with the broken dish washer). The house is calm an quiet, for shopping etc. a car is definitely needed. To sum it up, we can really recommend this house for a comfortable, calm stay.“

„We were a group of two families and a total of 8 visiting the property in mid June. We drove from Florence and were hoping for something nice and spend few days. However, when we arrived at the property, the serene landscape, the plantation inside and around the premise, the topography, and the natural beauty were breathtaking. „Disappointing experience for us. House is moist, really strange lay-out. Low sealings in many rooms. Old furniture which is not comfortable. Bathroom dated, and not well maintained. Offensive art on the wall. Etc etc. on the plus, supporting staff really friendly. And location and view really nice.“
