„Love watching deer come out every evening. Minimal utensils in kitchen bought steak knives and left them for next guest. If you are physically fit at age 64 then OKAY. however, tub is very high set and NO grab bars. Did not know about Cedar Rapids water, took a trip to Wal-Mart to buy water for drinking and cooking. Other than that, loved the week we stayed centrally located for all of our adventures.“

„We stayed here for a weekend away with friends for a Hawkeye football game. Price was fair, owner was easy to reach and responded to questions about places nearby to eat after a long drive. Three bathrooms, 3 bedrooms with linens provided was great for less to pack. Neighborhood is a little run down but don't let that deter you from this home! We would stay here again.“

„We have lodged a lengthy complaint with Vrbo. This house was not as presented on the site. Do not expect that this rental will accommodate 12. There were four beds and a futon. There were only two towels. It is a house in the process of refurbishment. There is incomplete subcontract work and materials everywhere. Despite what was listed, it lacked a grill, jacuzzi, and other items. We booked a "new listing" in February, and the house was not ready for renters by May. We were not to know that, ...

„We had a wonderful stay in Cedar Rapids, the house was very cute and very clean. It was nice and quiet with easy access to everything including the University of Iowa. I would recommend this house to any couples of families that are visiting the Cedar Rapids area. There is also a very nice restaurant close by called Cobble Hill, if in the are please give it a try!“

„The property was very convenient to the event I was in town for. The price was great and Mark made sure that the check-in process was easy, even when I arrived in town early! I had a personal tour of the property and how to get in and out effortlessly. Only negative was the bus terminal on the same block; you could hear the occasional late night/early morning intercom announcement. But I would definitely book again!“
