„Ich habe mich sofort in dieses kleine Haus verliebt. Es ist ideal für 2 Personen, die eine romantische Zeit miteinander verbringen wollen. Das Haus ist nicht wie üblich als Ferienhaus eingerichtet, sondern mit vielen besonderen Deko-Artikeln, schönen Bildern, Raritäten. Es ergibt sich eine Harmonie, die ihres Gleichen sucht. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl und kann seinen Urlaub genießen. Dass das Haus sehr sauber und gepflegt ist, muss ich eigentlich nicht erwähnen, wird aber den ein oder anderen ...

„It's a little bit of nature's paradise--birds, flowers, butterflies! And that's just on the front porch. Super comfortable accomodations. Everything you'd want!“

„The dinning room table was sticky. I wiped it down but it did not help. The cable did not work on the big tv. The HDMI cord was enpluged for some reason. Plugged it back in and it worked fine. Cigarettes were not cleaned out of the ash try on the deck table. I don't smoke so it didn't really matter.“

„Really Enjoyed. Only issue we really had was with another group of guests. They were loud especially arriving at 1AM and were not quiet at all, they left their kids run inside and out while banging on the walls and knocking on our door including during hours that were supposed to be quite time per house rules.I am reasonable and understand there will be some noises but believe me this was way beyond normal. I realize they can't control other's actions. Its just sad that rules are not enforced ...

„Clean! Good location, close to downtown. Fully stocked with supplies and cooking items. We rented golf carts and had a 5 min drive to downtown to eat/shop. “

„We had never visited Cedar Key. We wanted a relaxing time to celebrate my husband’s birthday. While the area is still trying to recover from hurricane Helene, the people were friendly. We had a beautiful view and watched the dolphins each morning and evening. Truly enjoyed our stay!“

„Overall, the property was in excellent shape considering the effects of last year's hurricane. There were a couple of minor appliance issues, which the management company jumped on immediately. The unit does need a deep clean as there are cobwebs in the highest reaches of the ceiling and corners. But the living areas were just fine. Check-in and out was seamless. The management company was Outstanding. They communicated with us daily and were very professional and pleasant. “

We saw dolphins everyday and no snakes lol. The only con or negative if you will, would be that the elevator was down and our condo was on the third floor, but we made the best of it. Thank you. “
