„The corner room had a good ocean view and bridges. Centrally located. Lots of restaurants and bars with live bad nearby. Price is right approx. $35.00 The tenant are are mixed with expats and locals younger generation. Long wait for elevators, one is always broken. Elevators Smell like sewage or could be natural gas leak. If you can pass the elevators smells. It's ok, I'll stay again because of the price and location. “

„Photos on Travcelocity are totally deceiving, the location is not close to the beach or ocean. It is not possible to walk to a beach or safe to walk to the ocean. It is located close to a lot of restaurants as it is situated in the Korean English School area. The room condition was good and clean. The building condition was a bit run-down. Did not like having to walk through the underground parking area (stinky, dark, hot) just to get out of the building. The pool was big and the patio was ...

„Host was responsive and educated us wonderfully. Unit was clean and located in a great place location. Close to the beach and shopping! No complaints other than the elevators being very slow. Only 2 in the whole building, and one was being fixed. “

„This place is ok. There is security at night. And the staff if friendly but it’s very dirty and smelly inside. The towels were kinda musky/moldy. At least they had wifi & hot water“
