„First the check in staff was terrible. They treated us horribly and were not very helpful when some issues with Expedia and their hotel happened for reservations. After that the troubles only increased. The property advertises as All inclusive however no drinks apart from beer and the food was only buffet. Both were terrible. The service at the pool is also horrible. No one pays attention and to even get anything is ridiculous impossible. This is 0 star forget 5 star hotel! Never would go here ...

„This hotel is very new, they just opened. We had a very pleasant stay. The staff was always friendly and tried to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The pool is really big enough and very refreshing. If you are coming to San Andrés for kitesurfing the location is quite convenient as it is only 5 walking minutes away from on of the kite spots. It’s a bit further to the main city but easy to go there by bus. “
