„The cottage Sanfpiper was okay but it was situated just 2 meters away to a very busy and noisy main street. This was NOT mentionned on the published offer. Furthermore we never got any feedback on our questions. No communication at all; this is an inapropriate way to deal with problems. We don‘t recommend the Avonlea Forest Hill Cottages. Sorry but we are disappointed. “

„Owner is very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed a nice relaxing 2 night stay with friends and we had a great time. Sitting at the gazebo talking to.other guests and meeting their dogs and enjoying the cabin's porch. Definitely recommend these cabins.“

„What stood out the most for me was how perfect this location and this place was! Every time I thought of something it had it every time I wanted to see the ocean it was there. Every time I wanted to go someplace it was close. This VRBO was nicer than any hotel I've stayed in in or cottage or motel and I've been to pei very many times. The hosts were magnificent. They even came to clean the snow off the walk-in driveway. Absolutely! Would recommend this to anyone. Fantastic!“

„We enjoyed our stay at the cottage. The owner was very responsive to our queries! The cottage was clean… however more attention does need to be paid to behind doors. Behind the doors, there were hairs and in one case an insect that had been squished but not cleaned from the wall. The beds were comfortable and we felt comfortable in the cottage and area. It was a great location to visit the island. “

„One of the best cottages in the Rustico/ Cavendish area! The two bedrooms are perfect for a family and the cottage is spacious with beautiful views. Nice that there's a playground and beautiful path to the water and an outdoor pool and hot tub. Cottage #1 is closest to the road and does get traffic noise but think the higher number cottages are probably very quiet. “

„The cottage was nice and clean. It was in the perfect location for our day trips, and very close to North Rustico. I gave 2 star for listing accuracy, as we thought was on a beach spot and could kayak right from the cottage. This was not the case. There is no direct access to the bay, a staircase to the waterfront is quite ways away. This was a big seeking point to booking this cottage and was a disappointment. „This was my first VRBO must say this one was lovely. Stark but very clean. It was nice to be on vacation and have the opportunity to do laundry while there, rather than bringing mounds of laundry home. The hosts were very accommodating. By the end of the week, the hosts will be our Realtors. First time to PEI and hopefully not the last. When we return, we will certainly try for this place again. “
