„We had a wonderful week at Whispering Pines Estate with our family of 23! The pool was welcomed with the heat and humidity! We loved the covered porch to read and relax out of the sun! „When we arrived everything was clean, well stocked, and thoughtfully decorated (loved the retro kitchen). We loved the pool (was super warm to swim) and the view (great for people watching if you’re like me ). We even got to see some cool lightning and thunderstorms on the lake. „This was our family’s first visit to Smith Mountain Lake. We found this waterfront home to a perfect choice. It was modern, clean, and well equipped. We especially enjoyed the covered porches, the pool and fire pit, and of course the dock. There were a few maintenance problems, but they were promptly taken care of. I highly recommend that you rent a pontoon boat for the week and a tube if you have kids. The boat was so much fun ! “

„Great house on SM lake. Our college age kids enjoyed swimming off the dock and relaxing on the dock and decks/porches. We did a 1/2 day fishing charter and caught a lot of fish! Nice home in quiet neighborhood, would definitely stay here again. “
