„The property was very comfortable and in a fantastic location for walking. It stayed cool during the very hot weather. The only problem was that we couldn’t get the car charger to work and this was one of our reasons for booking the property. There were no instructions for it.“

„Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und die Lage ist fantastisch. Gegenüber ist der Dales Bike Center. Wo ist guten Kuchen gibt und Frühstück. Wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen. Im Außenbereich gibt es eine Terrasse und bei schönem Wetter hat man eine herrliche Aussicht.“

„Great location and lovely cottage. Very comfortable. It has been perfect for my needs. If I could suggest any improvement, it would be to change the upstairs bathroom matting as it’s looking discoloured and dirty. This is the second time I’ve stayed here and I will definitely be back “

„Beautifully clean cottage in an idyllic setting. The house was lovely and warm when we arrived, which was very much appreciated for a chilly weekend, as were the fresh milk and delicious biscuits. Fantastic walks all over, every one of which our dogs loved. The cottage had everything we needed. „We had a lovely stay at The Old Barn, it’s well equipped, quiet and dog friendly. The parking worked well, we have a 4x4 and a tow bar mounted bike rack. We also appreciated having a secure shed for our bikes. The neighbours are friendly and made us feel welcome, we are planning to return to the cottage to explore the area further. My only comment is about recycling as we couldn’t find a recycling bin. But we did locate and use the local recycling facility, which is at The Reeth Dales Centre.“

„Great location for us visiting friends in Eaglescliff.Every thing and more than you can possibly need is provided in the Elms.Very good communication from the owner, even got in touch when it snowed to check we were ok and warm enough. We will definitely see if it's available next time we need to be in the area.“

„Cottage in a beautiful area, cottage nestled in the heart of an unspoilt village. Cosy, well equipped, private and a perfect little bolthole.“
