„The entrance and lobby of the hotel were beautiful ! The room that we had was not well maintained, the shower curtains were broken and taped and the light in the room kept glitching... The staff is super friendly and helpful breakfast box for early check out was super !“

„One of the most beautiful hotels of our travels. The rooms are spacious, very indivually furnished. The staff speaks english very well and is extremly helpfull. The breakfast room is splendid with a great view of the two volcanos Misti and Chachani. Our undivided recommendation for this house!“

„Muy amable el personal. La habitación también muy acogedora!“

„Extremely beautiful common spaces. Rooms are more traditional, but overall a nice, clean environment. Kind and helpful staff.“
