The gym is very good sized for the size of the apartment building with 13 units in it. The management’s communication was prompt and friendly and responded to all of our wishes. However, the place is advertised as a hotel, but don’t expect services as in a hotel. It resembles more a short term rental home - no cleaning service and no lobby. ...

„Altes Haus, stylisch gestaltet, gute Lage fußläufig zum Zentrum und zum Hafen und der Vorteil Parkplatz am Haus. Kleiner Nachteil kein Frühstück im Haus, es gibt einen 15 $ Gutschein für das Restaurant gegenüber, die leider erst ab 8.00 Uhr Frühstück anbieten. Alternativen auch zur früheren Zeit sind aber vorhanden.“

„Sehr gutes Hotel quasi direkt an der Waterfront. Stadtmitte fussläufig nur 5 min entfernt. Scheint relativ neu oder frisch renoviert zu sein. Es gibt eigentlich nichts negatives zu berichten, außer, dass im Zimmer kein Safe ist. Aber dafür sind welche an der Rezeption.“

Das liegt nicht an der hässlichen Reception, sondern an der Gleichgültigkeit des Personals, das - im Gegensatz zum Valet-Parking-Service - offenbar null Interesse an den Gästen hat. Schlechtes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und kein Vergleich zum benachbarten Canopy Hotel, das in allen Belangen überzeugt.“
