„The HOST (aka managing rental company needs to improve upon their communication. Per Vrbo confirmation, the access code was to be sent at Noon on day of arrival. Then HOST said it would be sent before check-in time was was 4pm. We did not get the code until 5:45PM and this was after alot of phone calls and help from island residents. Trash and ketchup under the couch, along with the sheet, blanket and hair left by the previous guest. Bunk bed slats are cracked and the mattresses sag. Hair in the bath towels. No kitchen towels.
