„Room was clean, had A/C but didn't need it, room faced the back of the building, so was very quiet. Elevator was appreciated. Bed and closet in our room are upstairs of main room. Was on the top (2nd) floor and had two skylights with motorized shades above the bed. Desk staff also work in the Vision Restaurant downstairs, which is where the buffet breakfast is available 7-10 am. Good selection of typical European breakfast items. Pastries, some stuffed with meat or vegetables, cakes, biscuits, ...

„We had a great night staying here In a 2 bedroom apartment overlooking Etna. The swimming pool area is lovely, the owners were very helpful and welcoming. They provided plenty of bedding and towels and bathroom toiletries. The apartment is very comfortable and well provided with air conditioning and a small terrace to sit out and look up at Etna. The pizza restaurant opposite serves great food and drinks at a very reasonable price.“

„Ich habe eine wohnung im Dachgeschoss bekommen. Die Fenstern waren klein und ganz hoch, ich konnte garnicht draussen sehen. Das couch war schmuzig und die Mattrasse sehr unbequem. Ich wollte dort nur ein Nacht ubernachten und mir war die Kuche oder so ein grosses Wohnung mit zwei zimmer egal ! unnotig ! Fur Singles eher schlecht und fur Paarchen sehr unromantik ! “
