Our concierge, Tran, was always super helpful and friendly coming with recommendations for what to do on the island and also sorting out bookings and scooter rentals for a good price. The views from this hotel are next to none, wake up to sunrise over Ha Long Bay, absolutely magical! And the breakfast and dinner buffet was very varied and tasty. 10/10 experience🙌“
„Like others have posted. Check in is a complete nightmare. Rooms not ready, Wrong room, No front desk help as it is owned by private parties renting the rooms. No fridge, dining plates or silverware. They lied to Expedia and said they gave us the correct room. Also A/C is limited to how cool it will go and turns off in the middle of each night.“
