„Erwin was our point of contact and was readily avilable to all my queries. He a fantastic asset. Samantha the housekeeper was always around to share her local knowledge of St Lucia. This was hearwarming. To George, we appreacited the late morning ferries across to the resort and Ricky the best boat ferry captain. We enjoyed your stories along the short trips. "Über alles war der Aufenthalt sehr schön. Die meisten Angestellten war sehr zuvorkommend. Die Leitungsangestellte der Reception liess an Freundlichkeit sehr zu wünschen übrig. (der 1. Eindruck ist so wichtig! Man bekommt nie eine 2. Chance für einen 1. Einsruck!!) Auch der ältere Chauffeur des Shuttlebusses war sehr unfreundlich. Schade für all die anderen Mitarbeiter. "
