„Basically, the studio was fine, it was clean and the service was good. Unfortunately, it rained in during a stormy night, we woke up in the middle of the night and water was dripping all over the TV and all the electronic devices. I found this very dangerous, especially for the children. When I contacted the studio management, they were concerned, but no immediate action was taken. I asked for a refund, but they simply stopped responding. Therefore, not recommended!“

„The property is two separate locations. It says its a two bedroom apartment and there is just a one bedroom studio. Its not clear which you are getting. The bed in the one bedroom which we got stuck with is really uncomfortable and there is no space to do anything in that room. I felt pretty frustrated as i thought the space was going to be bigger because of the pictures shown in the ad. “

„We'd stayed 6 nights here and I cannot recommend highly enough. If we travel this region again someday, I'll definitely book this clean and cozy villa. 1. „Perfect for touring!! 1 minute to the train station! I went to Lugano Switzerland 2 days. Then 2 days walking 7 minutes to Lake Como, its historical sites and access to all of the Lake Como boat tours! Then took the train to Milano 2 days all while staying in this beautiful apartment! I’d rate all 5s but unfortunately there was a problem with one of the 3 keys to the door locks that was repaired promptly. I’d stay here again when returning. I Love Como!! Questions? “

„Lovely apartment 15 minutes walk from the lake via shops, bars and restaurants, it is only 7 minutes walk from Como Borghi railway station. The apartment (on the second floor and accesses via 2 flights of stairs) had everything we needed for our 4 night stay. Rent all Como were great agents throughout the booking/arrival process and the welcome gift on arrival was a particularly nice touch. We would certainly stay again if we return to Como.“

„Took a chance and got lucky with this property! We had two couples that stayed here, so the fact that there were 2 full baths was a huge plus! The apartment was decorated nicely with updated furniture and the bathrooms were also nice. The AC was cold which is a huge plus when it is hot outside and there is even 2 different thermostats for each room. „The view is the best thing at the apartment. Beside this everything is cheap or broken. In the first days we did not have an internet connection. In the rest of the stay the internet connection was not realy stable and fast. The TV had no signal. The furniture was not clean and partly broken. The shutters on the roof windows on the upper floor did not work reliably. The WPC pool decks are totally bent and have dangerous gaps. You can see that the apartments are operated with no love and passion.“

"I ♡ dieses Hotel. Das Personal ist super freundlich. Der Pool ist wunderschön mit bester Aussicht. Die Lage ist ruhig. Der Balkon war etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber stört mich persönlich nicht. Die Bushaltestelle Sassa liegt quasi vor der Haustüre. Für mich und meinen Sohn war der Aufenthalt sehr erholssam. Vielen lieben Dank!"
