„Sehr angenehme, unkomplizierte und zuvorkommende Vermieter! Schönes und sauberes Objekt mit einem sauberen Pool, welcher die Sommerwärme erträglich gestalten liess. Dazu in der Nähe von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und von der sehr imposanten Stadt Firenze. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert. Wir konnten wie erhofft einen erholsamen Urlaub geniessen. In der Nähe gibt es einen Tennisplatz wo wir jeden Tag spielen konnten und in Vinci gibt es ganz wunderbare Restaurants. „We had a fantastic stay at the villa in Pontassieve. We were are group of 35 people that rented the entire house for a long weekend in order to celebrate a 30th birthday. The check-in was easy. „Our family of 17 stayed at a villa near Montespertoli. In fact the villa also was a winery and olive oil producer. Nicola was the host as well as the owner. He was available for everyone of our guest. Requests from laundry to suggestions for restaurants, to taxi services to Florence...Nicola was always available to take care of us. I couldn't have asked for a more perfect venue and host.“

No disturbance from outside and you are also not disturbing anybody. „Wir (2 Familien mit insgesamt 5 Kindern) haben eine Woche in diesem Quartier verbracht. Das Haus ist in einem sehr guten Zustand und hat den Charme eines stilvoll modernisierten Landhauses. Die Gastgeberin war sehr nett. Den großen und sauberen Pool (von dem aus man einen tollen Blick über das Tal hat) teilen sich die Bewohner dreier Ferienhäuser. Die Reinigung ließ leider ein wenig zu wünschen übrig. Wir würden hier wieder Urlaub machen.“
