„Nice room with sea view, when opening the window I heard the sound of the water in the canal and the seagulls, the wind, the boats passing, people on their way. Perfect Venice feeling. The view for sunrise and sunset especially is amazing! The Room was very clean, nice and basically, everything you need, including a tablet with a little welcome breakfast and a selection of teas and instant coffee. „We had a fantastic stay over 5 nights. The area is away from the busy tourist spots so its quieter but still had lively, grest restaurants and bars. Easy to walk into the main spots and short walk to various boat stops. Terrace gets the sun in the morning which is lovely, air con perfect for hot summer days, kitchen stocked enough to make simple dishes. Beds comfy and rooms spacious. TV only local channels. “
