„The borgo was perfect for our family of 6 adults. The views from the pool were spectacular. We had what we needed in kitchen and we grilled one night. The stone structure set on mountainside gave natural coolness for comfort with amazing views- even from the shower! There is AC which we didn’t use but good idea for peak summer. „Very happy with our stay. We enjoyed the onsite restaurant. Gioele was a wealth of information on places to go and back roads to travel. Especially enjoyed San Gusme and the wonderful restaurants in Villa A Sesta. This is a B&B. We thought we had use of a kitchen but that was only for the help to prepare breakfast. We found that misleading as we stayed a week and would like to have use of a kitchen. Lovely area and nice place to stay.“

„This place was fantastic! What a gem. The bed was comfy, the AC was cold, the bathroom was perfect. We shared the cottage with another couple we were traveling with. The bedroom doors open up to a shared living area, the front entrance is through the main indoor dining area.We had breakfast outside each morning. It was perfect. "Das Hotel ist fantastisch! Cooles Design schöne geräumige und saubere Zimmer, tolle Annehmlichkeiten und ein paar super tolle goodie-perks! Die Lage mitten im Zentrum der Altstadt ist auch phantastisch! Es ist wirklich empfehlenswert!"

"The location is great, just across the main train station and within walking distance to the main touristic spots. The sound isolation is really bad. Our room was facing the street and we could hear the tram passing by from very early in the morning until late in the night, so if you are a light sleeper, you will have problems. The AC was great and we even felt cold despite the 35 degrees outside. The free breakfast is a plus but don't expect a top tier one. Is enough to have you started for the day. The staff at the reception were super nice and helpful. Good perk is you can store your luggage before check in and after check out for free."

"Die Bewertung bezieht sich auf das Hotel & Spa Della Calza, in welches wir einen Tag vor Anreise nach Rückfrage vom Hotel Horto Convento umgebucht wurden. Was für ein Upgrade! Ein recht neues Hotel wohl. Es war fantastisch. Kleinigkeiten, z.B. dass der Safe nicht funktionierte oder sich eine Beleuchtung nicht einfach so ausschalten ließ, wurden superschnell gelöst. Vielen Dank an das Team. Das Frühstück - super klasse, viel Auswahl und alles frisch. Und der Spa-Bereich - sehr schön ausgestattet mit allem, was man dafür benötigt, vom Hotel gestellt. Auch die Barkeeper verstehen ihr Handwerk! Und vielen Dank auch an das Housekeeping, die jeden Tag dafür sorgten, dass man sich gefühlt hat, wie am ersten Tag. Wenn nochmal Florenz, dann Della Calza. Grazie mille!!"
