„La casa è ben posizionata ma necessita di manutenzione, un bagno perde l’acqua, due volte richiesto l’intervento di in idraulico per mancanza di acqua calda questo in pochi giorni di Spa per rilassarsi non è gratificante. In cucina mancano gli utensili per preparare una cena per 5. Bicchieri e piatti sono contati.. a parte questi dettagli. Ci è piaciuto molto lo staff è cordiale il ristorante è molto buona e le piscine sono molto pulite e piacevoli.“

„Ein schöner Ort. Riccardo ist ein sehr zuvorkommender Gastgeber, jederzeit ansprechbar, gut informiert und super hilfsbereit. Der Garten ist schön und insgesamt gibt es viele Orte zum entspannen. Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll und detailverliebt eingerichtet. Die Möglichkeit der Selbstversorgung ist durch die sehr reduzierte Kücheneinrichtung etwas eingeschränkt aber Pasta geht immer.“

„We had a lovely stay thanks to Stella and family’s hospitality and well-kept home. We were two families with kids ranging in age from 9-13 - they didn’t want to leave! Why would you want to with a beautiful pool, horses, dogs, kitties and more?? Plenty of room and then some at this sprawling villa with loads of character. We chose to stay in this area following a cruise coming out of Civitavecchia. The serene and amenity filled property was very welcomed after a crowded cruise. Visited Orvieto ...

E' immersa nel verde, con una piscina mozzafiato vista colline umbre e un tramonto da togliere il fiato. 5 camere da letto con relativi bagni, biliardo, tavolo da ping pong e biliardino....passeggiate nel verde...barbecue....non aggiungo altro! Bisogna tornarci al più presto “
