„La villa è bella, molto pulita con ampi spazi. Ci sono 4 bilocali ai piani superiori con camera, cucina e bagno e uno spazio comune al piano terra con un grande salone e un'altra cucina. Sarebbero da migliorare alcune attrezzature (cucina comune con elettrodomestici un po' vecchiotti, batteria di tegami insufficiente anche utilizzando quelle delle cucine ai piani superiori, lettini della piscina in cattive condizioni).
