„Caravan Outpost ist ein toller und sehr moderner Ort. Eine super schöne Anlage mit mehreren Airstreams. Jeder Airstream hat seine eigene Nasszelle, zudem können auf dem Grundstück noch weitere Sanitäre Anlagen genutzt werden. Super netter Service, abends wird das Lagerfeuer angemacht und Marshmallows fürs Feuer bereitgestellt. Man kann kostenlos Fahrräder ausleihen und damit den überschaubaren Ort erkunden. „Owner was great, responses quick and will be there on a same day when something is broken. The furniture is cool and very worthy but it's very worn. Bathrooms very worthy and clean, but the doors and the surfaces of the furniture was very dirty and dusty, the BBQ either. House needs new paint from outside and a little TLC inside. We were a large group of friends 19 and 3 kids but we spent a great time there and we would do it again. Thank you for having a great time “

„Für Individualtouristen gut geeignet. Die Cabana befindet sich auf dem Eigentümergrundstück. Sie ist für 2 Personen sehr geräumig und charmant eingerichtet. Das Haus wie auch das Grundstück sind sauber und gepflegt. Um die Umgebung zu erkunden ist ein Auto notwendig. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten findet man in einer Entfernung von 3 - 6 Kilometern. Die Vermieter sind gerne behilflich sich in der Umgebung zurecht zu finden.“

„My partner and I celebrated our 7 year anniversary in this adorable trailer by the stream. It was comfortable and had all the necessities. Its close to Ojai but far enough away for some dark sky star gazing. Keep in mind- this is a trailer! If you are looking for a 5 star resort this is not for you. That being said; as far as trailer life goes I honestly couldnt have asked for more. I would definitely stay again. Also- our host was very accommodating and attentive. Thank you!!“

„It’s difficult to describe just how lovely the location and host here in Summerland really are. The Proximity to Santa Barbara and Montecito was perfect. It made for a perfect retreat from the frenetic energy of my niece’s wedding. It was quiet and relaxing and really just lovely. The host’s attention to detail was really the icing on the cake. If you’re looking for a spot to get away, this is really the place!“

„Sehr schönes Objekt gleich um die Ecke des Pazifiks. Dort in beiden Richtungen kilometerlange Sandstrände, wir haben zahlreiche Delphine vom Ufer aus gesehen, die Wellen zum Wellenreiten genutzt und genossen. Die Wohnung ist uns sehr sauber übergeben worden. Wir haben uns sofort wie zuhause gefühlt. Alle Alltagsdinge waren vorhanden, selbst Waschmittel und Spülmittel standen zur Verfügung. „We loved staying at Debbie & Ricks home! We highly recommend staying here. As soon as you get into the house you feel at home. Thank you Debbi & Rick for giving so much thought into decorating and making your guests feel comfortable and welcome. The town is really nice. „Booked this listing, all seemed well. No contact from the property owner, but assumed they’d reach out as we got closer to the trip. The day of check-in, I still had not heard from the owner. I called the number on the VRBO listing and it was clearly a burner phone. Had no way of accessing the property with lack of response. Had to scramble and find new accommodations last minute. I’ve never had such a horrible experience.“

„Property is nice, Unfortunately the property is a little dated and the cleaning crew that they have working for them is below subpar. The showers were moldy, the property was picked up but not clean. Hard to sleep in the Master bedroom with all the lights of the harbor and the park. It really has a Great view and located next to a nice family and pet friendly park. In all fairness, we would stay there again but it would be nice for it to be better kept up and cleaned. "Sehr schöne Anlage direkt am Strand. Dünen richen direkt bis zum Hotel. Keine störende Strasse zwischen Hotel und Strand wie sonst fast überall in Südkalifornien. Hotel ist sehr gut unterhalten. Service ohne Abstriche sehr gut. Oxnard ist aber weg vom Schuss. 50Min bis Santa Barbara und 50Min bis Malibu. Dies muss man wissen, da Oxnard sonst nicht hergibt. Die Lage kann aber nicht am Hotel angekreidet werden. Wer dort bucht geht an den Strand und nutzt die Sportmöglichkeiten im Hotel. Gratis Verleih von Surfboaords, Buggy Boards, Wet Suites usw."

"Der Ort liegt in der Nähe von Santa Barbara ca 15 Minuten mit dem Auto. Es lohnt sich den Ortskern von carpintera anzusehen. Das Motel liegt direkt an der Autobahn und ist wie alle Motel in denen ich bisher war 6 etwas abgeranzt. Bloß kein Zimmer in Richtung Straße geben lassen! Man macht ansonsten aufgrund der Lautstärke kein Auge zu. Die Angestellten sind sehr freundlich. "
