„Quiet, beautifully maintained small hotel in the lovely, centrally located Condesa neighborhood. Staff was friendly and attentive — particular shoutout to Carlos for welcoming us so warmly.“

„Amazing hotel! It’s quiet yet in walking distance to everything you’d want to experience in the Condesa. Plus your 15-30 minute Uber from pretty much everything in Mexico City. The staff are super friendly and responsive to guest needs. I’d recommend it to anyone who wants to come to CDMX. We’d stay here again the next time…“

„The house is beautiful, clean, very well maintained, and the location is great! The staff is very friendly and accommodating; they can be reached via WhatsApp. One point worth mentioning is that at least two of the rooms on the second floor advertised as having a “garden view” do not actually offer a direct view of the garden. „Casa Pancha is the nicest hostel I have ever stayed at! Our private room was amazing and all the volunteers were incredibly helpful. Definitely would recommend“

„In der Nähe zur Metro Division del Norte, ein Oxxo fußläufig erreichbar, ein Sorianer ebenfalls nach 10min Fußweg verfügbar. Die Zimmer waren bisher immer sauber und wurden jeden Tag gereinigt.“

„Best Hotel Experience Ever! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We travel at least 2–3 times a year, and this has by far been our best hotel experience! From the moment we arrived, everything was exceptional. The hotel was spotless, the staff was amazing, and the customer service and attention to detail were outstanding. The location was perfect, and the value for the money was excellent. Every aspect of our stay exceeded our expectations, and we truly felt well taken care of throughout our visit. We couldn’t have asked for ...

„We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment in Condesa. Communication was excellent from start to finish—always friendly, reliable, and straightforward. Due to some damage, we had to move to another apartment during our stay. The move was handled with great care and flexibility, entirely to our satisfaction and at no additional cost to us. Thank you for making everything so easy and taking such good care of us! We’re happy to recommend the apartment and would love to come back!“

„Wie immer, alles sehr gut geklappt.“

„Clean rooms“

„Clean room and good shops nearby. Nice place to walk around too.“

„Wirklich nett nur etwas mehr Service wäre gut.“

„Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und modern. Die Betten sehr bequem. Gutes Business Hotel mit toller Dachterasse. Das Zimmer hat einen kleinen Esszimmer/Wohnbereich. Die Aussicht aus dem Zimmer war nicht so schön, aber das ist bei einem Stadthotel auch so zu erwarten. Die Gegend ist sehr sicher und grün.“
