One minor challenge was that the key to the front gate was a little tricky to use at first, but it quickly became manageable. A major plus was the location — there’s a bus stop less than 50 feet away, making it extremely convenient for getting around. Very accommodating and gave us personal information and tips about sites and restaurants to visit.We enjoyed the 20+ min walks to the Colosseum and surrounding archaeological sites. “

„The property is in a really lovely area of Rome. You can reach several places by foot to eat, buy groceries or go shopping. Even the metro is not far away. The staff is friendly and really helpful during the whole time. There were no problems during the stay. The rooms got cleaned each day. This hotel really deserves the best rating!“

„The accommodation is really good in terms of location, about 500m from the S. Giovanni metro station on the red A line. Pretty much all sights can be reached with this line. The accommodation is located in a quieter side street in a quieter and save part of the city, with a commercial street that has all the usual shops, fast food outlets, finer restaurants and of course the typical café bars with delicious Italian coffee. „First we arrived and the floor was flooded with water bc the cleaning personal was not closing something next to the toile where u get water out from. We were first thinking it’s not a big problem, things like that happen. We contacted the host valentina, she came by herself and fixed everything. Unfortunately later we figured out we had not shampoo in the shower so the cleaning service was not really effective The real issue we experienced was the evening next day around 8 or 9 PM. „Das Guest House hat 5 Zimmer in einem normalen Wohnhaus. Handtücher werden gestellt, es gibt einen Föhn und W-Lan. Wir wurden unheimlich freundlich in Empfang genommen. Die Ecke ist von der Lage her ideal (direkt am Termini), leider ist es dadurch nachts etwas lauter (was uns aber nicht gestört hat). Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist über die Maßen gut! So günstig ein ordentliches Zimmer zu bekommen hätte ich nicht vermutet. Wir waren alles in allem sehr zufrieden.“
