The office includes an Xbox gaming set up and pull out couch (which can serve as another bed!). The master suite has a king size bed, walk in closet, bathroom with a gorgeous walk-in shower. There are three additional bedrooms in a separate wing: two with queen size beds and one with 2 bunk beds (sleeps 4), this wing has another spacious bathroom featuring a tub. The entire home has large tile flooring in all the common areas. The open floor plan is perfect for gathering with friends and family. The kitchen features an eight-foot island perfect for a quick snack or for prepping for your favorite meals, and it is fully stocked for your cooking needs. There is a large living room with a 82" smart TV. The room is open, airy and bright.

If the house wasn't great enough, the backyard is what truly makes this place a GEM. The attached covered patio is completed with a large Smart TV. The tv can be enjoyed from the plush outdoor couch and oversized chairs or rotated to be watched from the pool! The pool features a stunning waterfall and Baja shelf which is perfect for splashing around with younger kids or lounging to enjoy the Arizona sun. In the evenings or colder season, optional heat (additional fee) makes the pool just as inviting. Just beyond the pool there is a detached covered entertaining BBQ/entertainment area with a gas BBQ grill and small Traeger smoker for your use. Not to mention, there is a wonderful bar with 3 stools, and a large table for outdoor entertaining, in the sun or the shade.
The other side of the pool features a separate resort-style lounging platform with optional shade cover.

*** For our guests planning a longer visit, access to the community amenities can be granted for a small fee. Requires a minimum stay of 30 days. This includes use of the 43,000 sqft club house, gym, tennis courts, pickleball courts, pools, catch & release trout pond, seasonal waterpark, playgrounds, and dog parks.

We do maintain two security cameras on site one on the driveway and one is a wide shot of the back yard. The door lock also has a camera built into it. There are no cameras inside the residence.
