"Received an upgrade to a room one or two categories better, so was very happy with the suite I received. Generally, the hotel is great with a nice interior, especially in the lobby. The elevators are quite old and slow, I spent a long time waiting for them throughout my stay... Food at the restaurant was average and quite pricey for what you get. Gym had very limited options for training and sad that it closes at 9pm already. The roof bar would be interesting but was either closed or too crowded when I headed there... The location next to Gran Via is definitely amazing, couldn't ask for more."

"Très bien situé près de la Gran Via. L’hôtel n’a pas de petit déjeuner, mais offre gratuitement the, café, et autres boissons ainsi que des biscuits et des fruits toute la journée. Joli terrasse avec vue sur les toits de Madrid. La chambre donne sur l’intérieur sans vue. Quand Les fenêtres sont ouvertes, on entend facilement le bruit fait par les hôtes bruyants Mais l’isolation est bonne. Le personnel est charmant. J’y retournerai la prochaine fois que je suis à Madrid. Merci. "
