„It was horrible, we booked it for 1 night and we arrived there in evening around 8pm. Very dirty and permanently damaged bedsheets, pillow, pillow cover and blanket was there on our bed . Please see pictures. Unfortunately we didn’t had option to move in evening so we request them to change everything and clean the room again which work with 2 more hours of checkin.“

„Our first night wasn’t as good as we expected as the bed was very low. Next morning we asked if we could change and the manager was extremely helpful to change our room. Everyone was very helpful to make the changes.“

„Freundliche Mitarbeiter, unproblematisches Einchecken. Im Zimmer leider nur 1 Handtuch für 2 Personen, auch nach Anruf bei der Rezeption wurde dies nicht nachgeliefert. Weckruf für 4 Uhr morgens wurde erst 30 min. später getätigt, zum Glück hatten wir noch unseren eigenen Wecker gestellt für unseren frühen Rückflug.“

„I enjoyed my stay very much for a number of reasons: 1. Tastefully done room with comfortable beds and a balcony. Very nice. 2. Good staff. Very service oriented and friendly. 3. Good food in the hotel with very reasonable prices. 4. Nice building and lobby. Very friendly guy at the entrance. You feel welcome right from the start. The only bad thing is that I stayed only 2 nights. Will come back and stay longer next time.“

„The very first day early morning something suspicious happened someone was just hitting very hard on the wall we heard someone was screaming and we heard the glass breaking we all 4 people were terrified & shocked when we tried to call the desk nobody responded & when I called the manager on his whatsup number then the front desk people came up & the reason of such nuisances they gave was totally not acceptable I personally won’t ever come back to this property again “

„In the price category it is certainly very good. We have visited other hotels in Bombay price range Rs 10,000 and up which were not as clean as the Accord. Don't expect anything out of the ordinary way of the employees, they obey the rules. But they are all very helpful and friendly.“

„Erst einmal im Zimmer angelangt warten auf einen an die 6 Lichtschalter nebeneinander, keiner beschriftet...nicht jeder funktioniert. Das Badezimmer eine Katastrophe. Der Spiegel war an den Seiten total verrostet, die Kloschuessel nicht sauber und dunterm Waschbecken hat sich so einiges agesammelt. Die Handtuecher waren schmutzig! Es wurde mit Schallisolierten Fenstern geworben....der nervenraubende Vekehr beschallte einen 24h! Als meine Frau auf Grund von einem Magenvirus nicht zum ...
