„We had a great time. We enjoyed the amenities, and staff was very friendly. And the room was very spacious. The only downside was the oven didn’t work properly it ruined our dinner , and I didn’t know where the thermostat was in the room. But had I brought it to the attention of staff before checking out I’m sure they would have done something about it“

„Super Hotel, hatten 3 Zimmer, davon 2 Schlafzimmer mit jeweils einem Bad und ein Mittelzimmer als Wohnzimmer mit Kamin und Küche und ebenfalls einem Bad. Waren sehr zufrieden. Alles war sauber und das Personal war freundlich. Liegt sehr zentral, daher kann alles zu Fuß unternommen werden. Gondel zum AdventureCamp ist sehr zu empfehlen und nur einmal ums Hotel herum. Das einzige was uns gestört hat war die hohe Resortfee und dem enthaltenen ValetParking. Wir bevorzugen Self Parking. Poll war ...

„Great location and very cute. We couldn’t get the heat to work on our last morning. Never could get the fireplace to work. Beds were very comfortable and a cozy room although small. We did throughly enjoy our stay. Would stay again. “

„Beautiful Lakefront Escape for a Large Family Gathering. My family of 9 adults and 1 toddler stayed at House of the Stars over the holidays to celebrate my dad's 80th birthday. The host was extremely accommodating, allowing us an early check-in so we could settle in before the celebrations began. The home was immaculately kept and had everything we needed to feel comfortable as a large group. The kitchen was well-stocked with all the pots, pans and appliances necessary to cook multiple meals ...

„Wir hatten eine Junior-Suite mit einem Queen- und einem Einzelbett gebucht, weil wir großen Wert auf getrennte Betten legen. Das Queen-Bett entpuppte sich als Schrankbett, das, einmal heruntergeklappt, praktisch den gesamten Platz im Zimmer beanspruchte; man kam kaum noch daran vorbei. Das "Einzelbett" war ein Sofa, das weniger als 1,70m breit war, also völlig untauglich als Bett für einen Erwachsenen. Rechts und links waren feste Armlehnen, so dass man nicht einmal die Füße hätte heraushängen ...

„I enjoyed staying at this property but I wish I could’ve used my Bally’s info from the Shreveport, La location. I have credits on that account but Lake Tahoe hasn’t merged with that property yet. Need to have a microwave in the rooms too because when we dined at the restaurant Cafe de Soul, our meals were so plentiful that we had to get a to go box to eat later but there wasn’t a microwave to heat up our meals. So we decided to start sharing meals so we wouldn’t waste or have to throw away food. ...

„The hotel was fine however Friday night several hundred young adults checked in and overwhelmed the hotel and from that night around 6pm until 3am they made a lot of loud noice in the hallway yelling and slamming doors. “
