„This is a very nice two bedroom property. Its safe, clean and comfortable. There is a lovely view of the ocean from the kitchen, dining & living room. Highway 101 is about 3 blocks away, so there is some noise when the windows are open, but its cool on the coast at night and the bedrooms are at the back of the property so we had no trouble sleeping. „We were super impressed by this vacation rental in Carpinteria! Clean, airy, and had everything we needed for a weekend stay. The location is awesome--less than a mile to downtown and just a quick drive down to Santa Barbara. Easy check-in and check-out process too. Definitely recommend!“

„Fantastic stay- the location near downtown is probably the most outstanding feature for this large house- lots of fun: bikes, ping pong, basketball! „Our family came together for my daughter's wedding in Carpenteria. I was looking for a place with space - and this turned out to be a great option. My 88 year old father loves a good sundeck - and this was perfect. He sat outside and enjoyed the ocean view every day. The 3 bedrooms were great - even has 2 king beds! The house is older, so the floors are a little uneven, and it shows some wear, but this does not detract from the stay. The kitchen is modern and the dining table was large enough ...

„We stayed here two nights while attending a charity event in summerland. The house is very clean and well cared for. The house is exactly what you see in the photos. The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen is well appointed with anything you may need. We had a dog with us, so we spent a lot of time outdoors in the backyard. It is really relaxing with beautiful mature trees. If you want to spend time in Summerland or Montecito this house is the perfect location. It is right in the middle ...
