Fully equipped kitchen with amenities, dishwasher, and small twin washer/dryer. Small, Kiddy/Spa Pool downstairs. Superb location walking distance to the Carolina Beach Lake and the Boardwalk. Walk 3 minutes to Boardwalk for ice cream, hot dogs, and swings or stroll to the Amusement Park, Marina, Restaurants, Markets, and Shops. Jog, bicycle or paddleboat on the Lake across the street. In season, watch fireworks from the deck or attend outdoor movies by the lake. Aquarium, Fishing Pier, Historic Ft. Fisher and Ferry to Southport are a short drive away. A fifteen minute drive to concerts, restaurants, and shopping in Wilmington.

Parking: Parking is unassigned for 2 vehicles No Over-Sized Vehicles. Ask Reservationist for details) No Boats, Trailers, Campers, etc. allowed. There are bays under the building where you will be able to park. You may be required to block someone in or vice versa. Everyone is required to display a pass with their contact information and the unit they are staying in, in the instance this happens so you are able to communicate. No Golf Carts are allowed.
