Welcome to Beach Side Stay, your easy Carolina Beach getaway. This cozy studio-style suite is located about one minute from the ocean and close to Carolina Beach Lake, the Boardwalk, restaurants, shops, and local attractions.

This is a simple, comfortable place to relax after a day at the beach, explore Pleasure Island, or enjoy a quiet coastal escape. It is best suited for guests who want a convenient location without needing to drive everywhere. Beach access, downtown Carolina Beach, the lake, dining, and entertainment are all nearby.

The Space

Beach Side Stay is a private studio-style suite with 0 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The space includes a comfortable king bed, a sitting area, dining space, and a basic kitchenette setup.

The kitchenette is designed for simple meals, coffee, snacks, and light cooking. It may include items such as a microwave, coffee maker, hotplate or toaster oven, dishes, cups, silverware, and basic kitchen supplies.

The suite has a relaxed beach-town feel, combining older coastal character with practical modern comforts. It is not a luxury hotel room, but it is clean, convenient, comfortable, and full of Carolina Beach charm.

A smart TV and Wi-Fi are provided. Guests may use their own streaming subscriptions, such as Netflix, Hulu, or similar services. For additional streaming options, guests may bring a Fire Stick, Apple TV, laptop with HDMI cable, or another casting device.

Sleeping Arrangement

The suite includes one king bed, ready for a restful night after a day in the sun.

Linens and towels are provided for the reservation. Extra linen service is not available during the stay, so guests should plan accordingly.

Starter Supplies

To help you get settled, Beach Side Stay includes a starter supply of basic items such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, sponge, trash bags, and other small essentials.

These supplies are intended to get your stay started. Guests may need to purchase additional items depending on the length of the stay.

Outdoor Shower

An outdoor shower is available on the lower left side of the building. It is perfect for rinsing off sand after time at the beach.

Guest Access

Guests have full private access to their own suite. The suite is not shared.

Depending on the unit, guests may also have access to a portion of a deck, patio, or balcony area.

One assigned parking space is included with each reservation. The parking space is approximately 8 ft x 14 ft.

The closest beach access is near the Lake Public Beach Access / Lake Drive area.

Location

Beach Side Stay is located on Pleasure Island in Carolina Beach, North Carolina, just south of Wilmington. Carolina Beach is known for its family-friendly atmosphere, sandy beaches, local restaurants, Boardwalk, marina, lake, and relaxed coastal lifestyle.

Many local attractions are walkable from Beach Side Stay. Guests can enjoy the beach, downtown Carolina Beach, restaurants, shops, and the lake without relying heavily on a car.

Bike, paddleboard, surfboard, kayak, chair, and umbrella rentals are available nearby from local vendors. Golf cart taxis, regular taxis, and rideshare services such as Uber may also be available on the island.

Guests can also drive south to Kure Beach and Fort Fisher, where they can take the ferry toward Southport and continue on to Bald Head Island.

Parking Notes

One assigned parking space is included with the reservation.

Additional public parking may be available through the Town of Carolina Beach on a first-come, first-served basis. Paid parking is typically enforced seasonally, and rates may change.

Because parking is limited, oversized vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, and golf carts may not be suitable for this property.

House Rules and Important Notes

Beach Side Stay is a non-smoking property. Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside the suite or on porches, decks, balconies, or walkways.

Quiet hours begin at 9:00 PM. Please be respectful of neighbors, other guests, and the local community.

No grilling or BBQ use is allowed on decks, porches, or balconies.

Please do not remove batteries from smoke detectors or carbon monoxide detectors.

Guests are encouraged to consider travel insurance to help protect against unexpected changes to travel plans.

Host Availability

The host or property contact is generally available for check-in help and general assistance until 8:00 PM Eastern Time.

Non-emergency requests received after that time may be answered the following day. Safety-related emergencies should be reported immediately.
