The space has palm trees and is beautifully landscaped, the perfect area for yard games! There is also an outdoor shower for rinsing off all the sand from your trips to the beach.

On either side of the main living area, there are two bedrooms with Queen beds and two ensuites with full bathrooms. All bedrooms have televisions to allow guests private time to watch their personal, favorite shows. Each ensuite has a single vanity, toilet, and beautifully tiled shower. The property also has a half bathroom and a laundry room for your convenience.

Parking: Parking for four cars. Parking for the unit will be at the parking pad directly in front of the unit. The parking area on the left side of the property is for the owner’s use and upper level.
Pet Policy: No pets allowed
Prohibited: Pets, Smoking, RV’s, Boats, Boat Trailers, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund.  All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable).
