Back of house has 2 suites occupied by owner and/or other guests. NO SPACES SHARED.



I work hard to maintain a clean, peaceful place for respectful guests. Perfect for low-key beach stays with friends or family. If you're planning a party or bringing extra people, this is not the place.

The Space:

Full kitchen. Open living room/kitchen floor plan. Front porch with patio furniture to relax on.



Includes 3 bedrooms with clean and comfortable beds, pillows, and towels. 2 full bathrooms. Dresser and closet spaces in each room..



Your portion of house is 1,000 sqft



Front part of house is all yours and you will not share any spaces with any other guests or owner. Everyone has own entrances.



***There is an non-used door in the master bedroom that is covered by a curtain. It is a solid core door that is DEADBOLTED FROM BOTH SIDES. There is yet another door on the other side of that for soundproofing. I assure you that you will feel very comfortable, safe, and private.



Guest Access:

You will use the FRONT DOOR only.



The whole front of the house is yours to enjoy. There are 2 private bedrooms with their own access in the back of the house. You will only encounter other guests or owner in passing on the outside of the property. There are no shared spaces.



Backyard and carport are private. Okay to store beach gear behind the sliding fence. Ok to use beach wagon. Otherwise everything else behind the fence is off limits.



The Neighborhood:

Friendly neighborhood but just a half block to Lake Park Blvd where all the fun begins. I have full time neighbors that I want to respect at all times. Neighborhood grocery store (Sea Merchants) conveniently located one block away.



Getting Around:

Once you get here you can get to the majority of CB businesses and boardwalk on foot.



Other Things to Note:

75" smart TV with great Bluetooth sound system. Washer and dryer with detergent and dryer sheets. Beach towels available for your use. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers in showers. Coffee, filters, and coffee maker provided. Grill available upon request.



DOGS: No constant barkers. Kennels highly advised. Please bring your own towels for your dogs. If you are going to allow your dog on furniture or bedding, please bring your own clean sheets/blankets to cover the couch or bedding.

I love hosting pets but my place is not a good fit for everyone. Ultimately you are responsible for damages and disturbances.



ABSOLUTELY NO OTHER GUESTS OR PETS ALLOWED IN HOUSE WITHOUT MY PRIOR APPROVAL.



Interaction with Guests:

I am very laid back and expect you are here to have fun, but responsible mature guests only. I may be in and out of the backyard or carport from time to time but you will probably not notice. I will stay out of your way unless you need anything at all or you are acting a fool! :)
