„Overall impression; this was a nice house. It had all the amenities as described. The bikes and beach equipment were a nice plus. The outdoor seating area was comfy. However, I don't think the house had been vacuumed prior to our arrival as there was a lot of hair on the floor in the master bedroom and bath. There also was some food on the rug in the living room. Finally, the location was not as close to the beach as you were led to believe in the description of the property.“

„We enjoyed the house. The porch is nice in the mornings to watch the sun come up. The cookware needs to be updated. Our food kept sticking to the pans even with grease and butter. This caused us to eat out more than we planned. We let Bullard Realty know about the pans, and they said they appreciated me telling them. Other than that it was a nice stay. If you go eat, shop, or go to the boardwalk on Carolina Beach, be prepared to pay for parking just about everywhere you go. $25 a day to go to ...
