„Our stay started well with a friendly welcome and the warmth continued throughout our stay, felt sad to leave. The room was clean and comfortable, with plenty of storage space. Breakfast was excellent, plenty of choice and all delicious. A great bonus of Tregella is that it’s close to the beach (any closer and it would be on the beach) and close to the town centre but on a quiet road.“

Man kann das Fenster zwar öffnen, doch es liegt zur Hauptstraße, so dass es ziemlich laut ist (auch nachts). Allerdings macht die Lage des Hotels (alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar) und seine Gastgeberin das wieder gut. Newquey ist sehr beliebt bei den Engländern, so dass es am WE voll und laut ist. Man muss hier keinen langen Aufenthalt planen... es ...

„Für ein Kurztrip super geeignet, wenn man kein Luxusappartment erwartet. Funktionell völlig ok und der Betreiber sehr nett. Die Lage ist perfekt, man gelangt zu Fuß überall gut hin. Sensationell ist die Aussicht auf den Atlantik und die Ruhe der Umgebung! Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und konnten sehr gut entspannen! Es ist für englische Verhältnisse sauber und funktionell. Empfehlenswert! Für Familien mit Kindern eher ungeeignet.“

„We had an amazing time in Padstow and this is a great hotel. The walk into Padstow is more of a light hike, so take appropriate footwear/clothing but it's worth doing - especially if you live in the city and fancy some fresh air and wide open space! The breakfast is incredible (fresh, warm muffins every breakfast, amazing), staff are lovely and it was great value for money. Our only tiny gripe is that we booked a twin and were given a double; the bed was massive so it wasn't an issue for us, but ...
