Enjoy your next Lake Tahoe vacation to this lovely home in Carnelian Bay. This A-Frame home has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and is located in a quiet neighborhood. This home offers many amenities, such as a spacious sunny front deck with ample seating for all guest, portable gas BBQ, beach chairs, WiFi, and a smart TV, for streaming anything you’d like.

Being conveniently located at this North Shore location, you will find many great trails for mountain biking, hiking, or cross-country skiing / snow play in the winter months. You are just a short drive, 5 minutes, to the town of Carnelian Bay or 10 minutes the opposite way to Tahoe City. Tahoe City has a lot to offer from fun shops to visit, fine dining places, a park for the kids, and great beaches.

This bright and sunny home has an open floor plan that allows everyone to enjoy the entertainment and each other's company at all times. There is an electronic gas fireplace in the living room you can sit next to while sipping on your morning cup of coffee, or warm up next to after a long day on the ski slopes. If you'd prefer to take a moment to yourself, the is a large sunny spacious deck in the front of the home or a small, shaded deck off the master bedroom on the 1st floor . There is a large kitchen with all necessary appliances for any of your cooking needs. This is a 2 level home. The first level has a master bedroom with queen bed, bath & shower. Living are is open to the kitchen and dining area. Indoor laundry is on this level, just off of the kitchen. The second level is accessed by a stunning spiral staircase. The second level has it's own bathroom w/shower. The upstairs bedroom with a queen bed, is very spacious with built-in cabinets and a roll-a-way twin bed.

Location:
While the kids (and a few grown-up kids) have a snow day on the nearby trailhead, perhaps others will want to venture out to the local ski spots like Northstar (12 miles away) and Alpine Meadows/Squaw Valley (11 miles away). On a summer day, you will be only a few minutes from beautiful lake beaches. You may choose to take a short drive to Tahoe City (just under 5 miles) and walk the shops or spend a day at Commons Beach. For a night out, explore the restaurants in Tahoe City or travel 7 miles north to Crystal Bay in Nevada for cocktails and games of chance.

Parking: Parking is available for 2 cars total. All cars must park in the driveway. No street parking per county ordinance

Other things to Note:
* Due to the temperate climate, like most homes/condos in Tahoe, this one does not have Air Conditioning. There are plenty of fans available in the event that we have an unusual hot spell.
*Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months.
