Welcome to The French Country! Enjoy private lake and sandy beach access just 1 block away (a 3 min walk), and when you’re done, enjoy the backyard’s playground, and covered outdoor dining space. We have a propane grill, Traeger blackstone grill, an outdoor dining table, and fire pit. Inside, we have a pool table, toys, games, and books for your kiddos as well as a mini crib and high chair for the babies. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful and adventure filled home! ✹Private lake access- this private lake is only available to the residents of this neighborhood. It is a 3 minute walk down the hill from the home. It features a playground, sandy play area, a dock for jumping off of, and the beachy sandy area has a shallow area for non swimmers and little ones. Please keep an eye on your kiddos and use life jackets.

Guest Access:

You have access to the entire property except for the garage, and cleaner’s closet which will both be locked.



The Neighborhood:

The neighborhood is safe and quiet, and the home is tucked away in the forest among other homes. We are a three minute walk to a private lake. The lake is usable year round but note that water samples are taken regularly to make sure that the water is safe for swimming. Sometimes during the summer, if toxic algae levels are found, signs will be marked around the lake sharing that it is unsafe for pets and people to enter. Because of this, booking this property does not guarantee that you will be able to safely use the lake. This tends to happen during the later part of the summer months.
